Cedars-Sinai Medical Center has once again recognized Dr. Ehsan Saadat for patient experience. Dr. Saadat received the FY27 Q1 Sustained Excellence Patient Experience Award from the Cedars-Sinai Office of Patient Experience.
The award recognizes Dr. Saadat for ranking among the top 10% of all eligible Cedars-Sinai Medical Center clinic providers over the past three quarters. It follows his FY26 Q4 Sustained Excellence Patient Experience Award and his FY2026 Q2 Patient Experience Award.
What the Award Recognizes
According to the Cedars-Sinai Patient Experience Team, this award replaces the previous quarterly provider recognition. It is designed to better highlight providers who demonstrate deeper, sustained improvements in Patient Experience performance.
The award reflects a statistically significant sample size of 20 or more Patient Experience survey returns over the past three quarters. That requirement ensures representative volume and consistent quality.
In its message to Dr. Saadat, the Patient Experience Team noted that his ability to deliver compassionate, high-quality care experiences continues to strengthen the institution’s reputation for excellence.
Dr. Saadat’s Role at Cedars-Sinai
Dr. Ehsan Saadat is a board-certified, Harvard- and Emory-trained orthopedic spine surgeon and Assistant Professor of Orthopedic Surgery at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, which was recently named to the U.S. News & World Report Honor Roll for the 11th consecutive year.
His areas of interest include disc replacement and motion-preserving spine surgery, minimally invasive microscopic decompression of the cervical and lumbar spine, minimally invasive lumbar fusion, and complex revision spine surgery. You can also read about his treatment philosophy.

Dr. Saadat sees patients in his Los Angeles and Orange County offices.
